The Market On Thursday

Welcome to July. I love July. July is the best month, its the prime fillet of the year.

At 7:40 a.m. futures are flat, the dollar is lower against the yen, pound, and euro, and the price of oil is down.

It sure feels like the other shoe has dropped. Focus is back on the reality of the economic recovery, in this case, is it real. Recent economic indicators have not been favorable. There have been drops in consumer sending and such. There are bound to be drops in this activity, it is more about comparing several months in a row.

Steady as she goes.
