History can reveal many things. It is worth investigating over and over.
Think Progress: Presidential scholars: Bush is the worst president of the modern era, bottom five of all time.
Today, just one year after leaving office, the former president has found himself in the bottom five at 39th rated especially poorly in handling the economy, communication, ability to compromise, foreign policy accomplishments and intelligence. Rounding out the bottom five are four presidents that have held that dubious distinction each time the survey has been conducted: Andrew Johnson, James Buchanan, Warren G. Harding, and Franklin Pierce.

Not surprised. That said he never had any problems getting the spineless Dinocrats from giving him whatever he wanted.
Bush brought a whole new level of crazy on the land. I don't know why the Democrats were so afraid of him, but they were and it was also one of the worst moments in history for the Democrats as well. If Bush was the worst, the Democratic opposition was even worse than Bush.
Look how even with the presidency and both houses of Congress the Dems. have almost totally fumbled the ball. I think it's because in reality they aren't really any better in most respects then the GOPers. They enjoy the power and all that it gives them. As far as living up top their promises we can for get it about. All they'll do is whine in Nov. about how they couldn't do anything beyond feed the same big Corps., because that's all the GOpers would allow. BULLSHIT!
