The youth and 20 somethings are out of work but good. Yikes. Its tough times for those who are entering the job market.
Let's see if someone is not in school, is not working, and is poor to begin with living in a impoverished state so to speak, what are the odds that something good will come out of that. I'm surprised crime is not more rampant.
