Prosecutor wants Libby imprisoned now
Basically Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald wants Libby to report to jail for 30 months ASAP.
Libby will not serve a second in jail. He is far too connected to the right wing pro war hard liners to have any risk of imprisonment for something so "minor" as aiding in the outing of a deep cover CIA agent for a political purpose. Something that in ordinary terms is called treason.
Think back to Iran Contra Gate. The chief criminals of that debacle are now creating policy for Bush.
Anyone who thinks there is an equal justice system in place that will take the well connected to the same place that the street punk goes, is dreaming.
Libby will be pardoned by Bush. I am also sure that the decision to do this has been in place for a long time.

U mean Libby will be pardoned. Of course he will, everyone knows that the little emperor's thugs and cronies are above the law. Don't they? Hell, the emperor showed he owns the law right at the start of his reign didn't he? That 5/4 vote was the precedent for all that has followed.
Over the years, I have come to understand the depth and intensity of the Bush family sway and pull in this country. Its scary and it goes quite a ways in explaining the nature of the administration. The Bush family is the first family of America right now. Their popularity is down but their power is still strong.
Its amazing that family of morons with an average IQ of less then 100 could rise to such power. It just shows u how over rated intelligence is in a country like this.
