Good morning. It is 66 degrees and sunny here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts an amazing perfect day with sunshine and temperatures in the 70s this afternoon. Get outside, walk, go into the country, just get out and take advantage of this perfect day.
At 9:05 a.m. E.T. DOW futures are +34 and the price of oil per barrel is down. The market is poised to open moderately higher.
As I'm typing, I'm watching the report on this morning's shooting. Someone went to shoot up a group of GOPers in an Alexandria Va. baseball field, as they practiced for an upcoming bipartisan baseball game. GOP Representative Steve Scalise has been shot and apparently he fortunately survived the shooting. What on earth was the shooter thinking.
