“Actus non facit reum nisi mens sit rea”
Will, got it right in this interview, but he pointed out that the GOP, if it was truly Conservative, would return all Healthcare back to the "FREE MARKET" and tax Company policies as what they really are untaxed income. Good luck with that. So, short of that what they have are bad choices. If the GOP version of OCARE / TRUMPFCARE passes the GOP is likely to to pay a steep price politically, maybe.
This thing is clearly a mess. I like what Meyers had to say. In the first version 24 million lose insurance, in the second 23 million, and now in the third version 22 million lose insurance. There's a pattern here, they need 21 more versions to get it right....
The really reactionary feature of their plan is the attempt to destroy Medicaid a 50 yr. old feature of our Health system. This is something entirely different then GOP policies of the past. If they get away with it Medicare, SSI, Unemployment Ins., Food stamps and the rest of the tattered Social safety net are all up next.
Yes, people are trying to get this message out. The NY Times is ringing the alarm but you know we have this crazy bunch that falls for the bullshit year after year. Many Americans apparently like wrecking stuff that even positively affects themselves as long as poor and black people suffer. It's crazy.
