Doesn't matter. none of it matters. All that matters is who won not how they did it. Don't like the rules of the game your playing break them and win and then you can change them again so you just keep on winning.

Fundamentally if the nation does not see this Russian hacking issue to its conclusion, Democracy is essentially dead, at least for now.
