Good morning. It is 52 degrees and overcast here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast depending on your source predicts rain and/or sunshine today along with temperatures in the 50s this afternoon. The seven day forecast is showing a lot of rain and similarly mild temperatures right through the next week. It's temperatures in the 70s that I like and it's not happening yet.
At 9:10 a.m. ET DOW futures are -15 and the price of oil per barrel is up. The market is poised to open slightly lower.
Lots of political activity going on as Republicans work to gut Obamacare along with the provision to cover pre-existing conditions. When that provision goes, so will the Republicans, eventually. Also, we are starting to get back into Trump-Russia with testimonies coming up and lots of diversion and behind covering from Trump.
