Good morning. It is 50 degrees and cloudy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts clouds and temperatures in the low 70s this afternoon. The long range forecast is mild with temperatures in the 50s and 60s along with a lot of rain.
At 9:00 a.m. ET DOW futures are +38 and the price of oil per barrel is down. The market is poised to open moderately higher.
It is extremely disturbing to read that Trump has been attacking the Constitution. He is stating that it is archaic and out of date. What he wants is to be to able to force his Executive Orders down everyone's throat without any check from the judicial system or any approval from Congress and the Senate. This should be of tremendous concern for all Americans from any party.
