Good morning. It is 21 degrees and mostly cloudy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts a cloudy day with temperatures in the high 30s this afternoon. We did it again, we got through the holiday season hopefully with all limbs in tact, so congratulations to ourselves. It's a new year, and what a year it will be. Our new president, President Donald Trump, takes the oath of office on Friday January 20th. Mark that date on your calendar. We had a nice New Year's Eve. There was a local first night type of celebration. For ten bucks you got a button to wear which allowed you access into all sorts of places in town where music could be heard and people congregated. I saw a lot of my neighbors, I was in bed by 10.
Wall Street is closed today. New Year's Day occurred on Sunday so they get to observe the holiday on today January 2nd .
