Not everybody, Rush Limbaugh used his 15 mins. to act like the utter swine he is by mocking the victims and the Japanese people in general.

This is true. I've met people that think he is funny. Usually hardened people who have been knocked about by life a real lot and are very angry people. Some are alcoholics. We know these guys, we run into them everyday. They find these kind of comments from Limbaugh to be funny. Its a real rough edged kind of laughter.
