Good Night

Lap swam a solid 1/2 mile tonight. A pro gave me some tips on how to improve my stroke and improve my breathing so I feel less out of breath. It worked, it was the closest it ever felt to walking in my experience.

Swimming is the best exercise bar none. I wish I could swim but the damn statin meds. I take screw with my arm and back muscles so much I can't. I run instead since for some unknown they don't mess with my leg muscles. Figure that out?

You might be able to kick in the pool on a board. That's good exercise too.

But you got running, so that's good. I would run more but my knees are not in good shape.
