Extremist Republican Political Policy

Republican candidate for governor Carl Paladino wants to take welfare recipients, house them in NY States' underused prisons, have them work in state sponsored jobs, get jobs training, and learn personal hygiene.

What we want to know is where is the part about forced sterilization, curfews, torture, and mind control. Carl you are slipping. I would suspect that if you asked this guy about personal freedom he would have a great answer...
