Coming Up On Wall Street

Long story short - giving the prevalence of poor economic indicators in employment, housing, and consumerism in general, September is expected to be a hard month on Wall Street. Throw into this mix the fact that September is historically the worst month of the year for all the indexes and all is not rosy.

I think many know this already, but this is the time to gird your loins.

Reuters: Investors embark on treacherous month
The non-farm payroll report on Friday is expected to show 99,000 jobs were lost in August...

Both the manufacturing and services sectors are expected to have experienced another slowdown in growth in August.

...September, historically the worst performing month for all three major indexes.
