Castro Warns Of Nuclear War

I'm going to go with the man is slightly around the bend, still there is a nagging splinter of doubt when a world leader warns of nuclear war.

He is talking a US attack on Iran and North Korea. I am not familiar enough with Castro's speeches, however there certainly is an element of ongoing US hatred within that fear.
