A conservative group has brought a lawsuit into play in an attempt to stop the building of a mosque near the WTC. I would be very interested to see what legal grounds they are basing this lawsuit on.

No matter what the issue, they have to reframe it. So they reframe, throw it up there and hope it sticks to the ceiling. This lawsuit is a loser. Its done to keep the sheeple together and happy. Its a vanity lawsuit. Plus it throws a wrench in the timeline.
Fortunately they have the right to do this. This is the beauty of our country.
