Unfortunately, were nowhere near the bottom of this disaster yet. The worst of this is yet to come and that won't be that huge numbers will continue to lose jobs. After the massive losses were going to bleed jobs for yrs. with no "new" jobs being created. I have little faith in the so called "green economy" the Pols blab on about. The real green economy is the huge amounts of our $$ that the Gov't is shuffling off to Asia and everywhere else to make Geitner and Summers friends solvent again. The big bank failures are still ahead as are the collapse of the GM's and others. America's "private" economy has been hollowed out and it's 'workforce" is being left as road kill.

The job losses are beyond telling.

As you say we are in the middle of the storm and the edges are not visible, not with escalating job losses.

24,000 a day is equal to one entire town and then some each day. Its the equivalent of a plague.
