There's that old tradition that was used in upper crust places like Harvard at their inception. You got ranked in your class according to your families wealth not your grades. Bush and his family have kept up that tradition. They have unequaled power and wealth and just enough intelligence to know the difference between seat up and seat down, flushed and not flushed.
