The Market On Friday

  Good morning. It is 36 degrees and cloudy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts a cloudy day with temperatures in the low 40s this afternoon. The forecast for the upcoming week through to next Friday has temperatures above freezing mostly in the 40s and 30s.

  At 9:20 a.m. ET futures are modestly higher and the price of oil per barrel is up. The market is poised to open modestly higher.
