Yes, the Brits are going to find that there will be a literal price for exiting the Common Market in Europe just as the Russians are finding out starting another Cold War will also have a price. The Russian thing though is scary really scary.

I don't know enough about Russian history but it strikes me that all that cold and isolation makes people a little nuts and they just have to periodically burn off energy in very negative ways. They really share a lot in common with these Southern white good old boys - generation after generation inbred with the same inclinations and intelligence.
