Just back from a highly informative class I'm taking on the election given by a local university political scientist professor. The class is filled with people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s to give you a sense of the thing. I would also add that most are liberals. Pinpointing one particular lesson, it's that all elections tend to tighten in the final week. It's thought that this tightening will mostly affect the down ballot races in the House. The Democrats chances of a real sweeping type of victory is less.
Regardless, Clinton still holds a favorable lead. It's also thought that the Comey email stuff is not having a significant effect on the race.

The MSM is making a lot of the Comey emails thing, but it's only giving some false hope to the flagging tRumpistas out here who think it actually changes everything and is somehow Watergate X1000. Sadly, for them, it's none of the above. I would counter their beliefs by saying if anything it wakes everyone up on the Clinton side and makes them aware of how important next week is and how desperate people will do desperate stuff to try and win at the end.
Honestly, right now I'm not even looking at the news headlines on the right. I'm sick of it. We all need a rest.
