He's nuts, he's not human, he's beyond all our little worries with being law abiding citizens and reasonable in our activity and behavior in the world. He can just present a lawsuit and then get on his pulpit and spout. He may very well lose, but we are also seeing the creation of a real American super villain. He likes the attention too much and he does not want it to stop. He could do rallies all day long for the rest of his life and take lying unverified nonsensical pot shots at anything his unhinged mind can think of, and then bask in the glory of people screaming Trump, Trump, Trump. He can't handle the idea of letting this kind of attention go away.
