You know what people who want to use and promote this stuff have to be held up to the science whether or not it's made legal some day. It's just another chemical substance / product that has it's downsides. Should we put people in jail for using it? No, absolutely not it simply doesn't rise to that level of a dangerous public health threat, nevertheless, it's certainly not some panacea like some are trying make of it.

And also like a lot of chemicals that we put in our bodies, some people are good with it, or perhaps okay with it, and others are really bad with it, and then everybody in between. Some people can benefit from it, others cannot and it's bad for them.
