Drumpf is fading. Will standing in the ruins of his mini-Versailles ( Mar Lago) next week save his campaign? Maybe. He needs a miracle now and Pence certainly isn't it. The country needs another Dick Cheney the way it needs Hurricane Matthew.

I am starting to think that the race will tighten some again, but I think he's sunk. Strikes me that it's the wrong time in the cycle to be down by 10 points and to think you can somehow pull it out. What a 10 point lead says to me is that some of the deeper redder battleground states are now in play. Just today 538 put Iowa in the blue column, yup, that Iowa.

As we get closer Drumpf's antics and hateful statements are wearing thin it's the cumulative effect of a year of this kind of "entertainment" and it's now starting to look scary. Hillary Clinton isn't my choice this yr. , but she's head and shoulders above Donnie that's for sure. I'd go a step further and say they don't even belong in the same league. Donnie acts and looks like an amateur when put up against her. He looks that way up against Pence or Kaine. All of those folks are the real thing as much as I dislike Pence and what he stands for. He has the composure and the temperament you want in a person being vested with that much power. Drumpf obviously doesn't no matter what he or anyone else says and it's becoming more and more obvious by the day. He's is what he has always been nothing more than a rich overbearing spoiled brat.

What gets me these days is this thing the Trump supporters keep saying - well he has his flaws but he'll put in place good people that will run everything. It's like they concede he's an ass and they are going to allow for this special arrangement like oh, don't worry he won't really be president, they'll be a slew of people in place to run everything just fine. It is such hypocritical unparalleled bullshit, it's unbelievable someone could even say these words out loud, but it's getting parroted around all over the place. It's like don't you're not really voting for Trump, your voting for the brand. Ridiculous.
