I sent this article to all my pot smoking family and friends. The stuff is what it is another vice and thinking otherwise if just foolish. Is it as bad as others maybe not , but it's not good as some like to delude themselves ( with its help) into thinking? I say this as an ex-user ( 30 yrs. ago) I agree with these findings. IMO Pot just muddies the water and destroys short term memory and motivation. As for its effects on creativity, that's a really scary one that's new.

Yes, exactly, that was the angle that really caught my attention - stunting creativity, I mean yikes, who needs that. I have a friend who is big on cannabis but mainly because it's helpful with cancer, I'm supportive of that - medical marijuana, but otherwise, waste of time.

If it has medical uses fine, but the user should be made aware that it's like most other meds. in that there are side effects and trade-offs. If your dying of Cancer smoke away if it helps.
