BV$H 2 was and is a sadist and his regime reflected that side of hi s personality. Ruthless, ignorant ,and smug in his own lack of convictions such a man and his regime would have described what all of us are calling torture as entertainment. Sadly a large segment of America would agree with this view and still does. The phrase that comes to mind that would describe this pt. of view is, "they had it comin."
