Global Warming - Wheat

Turns out global warming is gluten-free.

Bread is going to get more and more expensive. Food in general is going to get more expensive. However, given enough time we will adapt our agriculture. We have science now something we lack in the past.

I come out of the supermarket now and wonder how large families on low incomes can do it, food is so expensive. The price is so high, I understand why people go for the cheap carb food and canned stuff in the low price bins, that's all they can afford. Simultaneously it's the type of food that contributes to obesity and other health problems. Is there a vicious loop in here.
