Okay I like Joan Rivers a lot and I wish her a speedy recovery but read this headline -

Sounds silly, but plenty of surgeries are performed in "medical centers". The caption editor gets extra credit for this one.
She was probably getting some cosmetic tweaks.
Okay I get it. She's at a plastic surgeons. She stops breathing on the surgeons table and is rushed to a full hospital.
She was at a private clinic having an endoscopy, to check her throat and vocal cords. When she went into cardiac arrest, she was rushed to a hospital.
Thanks for the info. I hope she recovers fully.
