In your face corruption, a standard feature of this arrogant man's admin. here in NJ. Nothing surprises me about this guy anymore. That he has the unmitigated gall to still think he's going to be our next Pres. says it all.
And this is right on the heals of an ongoing investigation - the guy's got big brass ones.
He believes he is the law in NJ. He's been empowered by some very wealthy donors like the KOCH Bros. and others. Plus, he knows that a mean streak runs through the electorate if you know how to exploit it. He's been very successful at re-directing people's anger about how shitty things are in NJ He pts. at the average Public employee with a good Union that has really done a great job at providing for these folks and says, they're the reason the State is broke and your poor or out of work. Blame them. Its very effective because the average Joe or Jane can see his pal the teacher or cop driving a new car and eating out whenever he / she wants while they can't even make their rent or mortgage working 3 private jobs in this economy. The real folks causing this are so far behind the train wreck economy, nobody can even see these people and they pay guys like Chris to do just what he does re-direct the rage. Its what Mussolini did and Hitler, and every demagogue since the beginning of time. It almost works every time and right now in America its working just fine. Chris also counts on the fact that the wealthy own most of the media and that "the people" have an extremely short memory. He figures and his backers figure in 2 yrs. Bridgegate and all the rest of the crap this guy has done will be long forgiven and forgotten. He's probably right.
