Nikkei Opens Lower On Thursday

Two flat days in a run and sideways is still good.

Oil is slightly down and when oil is down the market rarely rallies.

Reuters: Nikkei falls 0.7 pct after rally, exporters slip

The market runs on OIL. That's why we'll NEVER ever get free of the crap.

Yes out of natural gas, oil, propane, coal - oil is at the center.

I once checked out the top stocks in Norway - all oil companies.

I just tried to super insulate the entrance way to my house. The thing is packed with fiberglass. Plus we put in a "st" door - Obama stimulus - tax credit and such. We have tough winters up here, you guys are probably a little more moderate with the ocean so close.

The thing is oil will eventually run out. The plan seems to be to hold everything by the balls as long a possible.

Until there's low cost solar, people are going to go with oil.

The ocean does moderate to some degree. It's grown milder along the So. Jersey coast since I was a youth. I've been able to grow two species of cold hardy palms in my yard these days since 2000.
