The Market On Monday

Good morning. It is 63 degrees and cloudy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts a cloudy day with temperatures in the 70s this afternoon. I hope you had a good relaxing weekend, things were hopping on this side of the computer. I must say the weather was impeccable Fall all weekend, the only problem is that in this part of the country, we've had little rain and so even though the leaves are turning colors, they are definitely dry and a little less vibrant. Now back to the orange menace - the election is rigged? My ass the election is rigged, what this is all about is a sore megalomaniac loser completely unconcerned about the type of damage he is inflicting on the country. I wish him a monumental loss, worse than anything in recent election history.

At 9:10 a.m. ET futures are slightly lower and the price of oil per barrel is up. The market is poised to open slightly lower.

It's all about corporate third quarter returns for the next period on Wall Street. There's really nothing major that pops out of the article in my opinion. Let's see where this thing is headed in a week or two.

CNN: Indian oil deal; Stocks slump; Tesla delays announcement by Alanna Petroff
If Netflix results disappoint Wall Street, that "could trigger another spectacular fall by Netflix's volatile shares, adding to their 11% loss this year," warns Ken Odeluga, a market analyst at City Index.
