'Chicken Of The Woods'

  This is food, recently purchased at the local Saturday Farmer's Market. It's called 'Chicken Of The Woods' or Laetiporus, an edible mushroom. Never had it but the farmer said it tastes like chicken. He sells it one week out of the year, it's a real quick harvest.
