This Is True

My personal Summer food routine

- cut out the sweets
- cut out the white flour foods
- ate more vegetables and salads
- stopped eating past 6PM no night snacks

I lost 10 pounds, I’m back to 160 almost my high school weight, and I feel better and sleep better.

Good for you. I need to get back on the same, fighting my addiction to coffee ice cream :(.

Well I understand that LOL. My problem is once I give myself an inch an go out and buy something like that, then I'm shot to hell. I can down a box of cookies in 15 minutes.
