What it means is millions more will lose their benefits be thrown headlong into the shitty poor Obamaramacare fiasco. It's a sell out by the Corp. (D)s and the only way we will ever change this is by electing Bernie. Hillary will just go along with anything Wall st. banks and the BIG Corp. players want on this. She and Bill have their healthcare paid for for life anyway so they couldn't care less.
I don't understand this aspect of the deal and the clip didn't do it for me. Could this deal have been made to create political mischief, it was passed mainly by democrats and 75 or so GOPers.
