  Good morning. At 8:30 a.m. It is 35 degrees and sunny here in Upstate NY. The weather logos indicate that we are headed back down into the frigid temperature area in the next few days. Still, no matter how you slice it, in 6 to 7 weeks the daffodils will be rising. This week my dog will undergo surgery for elbow dysplasia. The problem now becomes how do you keep an energetic 2 year old dog from her daily highly active walks and runs at least until she is healed. This will be interesting and challenging. I'm hoping her energy buildup from being made to rest will dissipate over time. Wish us luck.
