Obama 47.1%, Romney 46.9%

Real Clear Politics on Sunday evening.

Gallup's right partisan poll which has Romney up by 7%, is now off set by (probably left partisan) polling outfit IBD/TIPP Tracking, which has Obama up by 6%. One has to wonder how good either is if the difference between Gallup and IBD/TIPP Tracking is 13%. That 13% is way beyond the alleged margin of error.

It's sad that even the polls have been dragged into the fray. It's just one more indicator of how ugly politics is rapidly becoming in this divided nation.

I'm losing interest in Real Clear Politics, I think Nate Silver might be the best. Divide the country up, fine with me, I suspect it's fine with most people.
