Good Morning

It is 53 degrees and overcast here in Upstate NY. We spent a good part of Saturday afternoon raking leaves in the front yard. People walking by kept saying that the leaves will get blown around by Hurricane Sandy, so the raking was pointless. This morning the yard is full of leaves again from the big oak tree that is very slow to get naked.

Sandy is coming. This is the tracking map from Weather Underground for Sunday 8 a.m.

This map seems to indicate that here in Upstate NY we are not be in the direct path, but this is only a computer model and not something to absolutely count on.

Bottom line, all you ingrates play it safe and take all the necessary precautions.
