The wind is picking up and you can hear it through the windows. So far we have power other neighborhoods close by have lost their power. I have the generator out and prepped with extension cords ready to plug in. We have to get power to the sump pump or else we get a flooded basement. The rain is light, it's really the wind that is the scary part. We live in a fairly wooded area and without a doubt some trees are coming down, they did with Irene.
