Dog Story

The dog, a black lab, stopped traffic on Interstate 17 for miles. I-17 is in Arizona. The dog was wandering around loose on the interstate. The police ended up tasering him to get him into a car and off the interstate. It was a black lab and labs are unusually friendly dogs. They could have offered the dog any type of food to get it to go with them.
