Hopefully now that the VP debate is over, the focus can return to the primary candidates.
Biden did fine, he was polite, he's confident, he believes in the Obama - Biden ticket. It was a solid performance.
Palin had her cues and Republican talking points and she delivered them in a coherent manner. We were surprised that she could be coherent.
Who won - depends which side you are voting for. From my point of view, Biden won. His answers were deeper, more detailed, and he actually answered the questions.
Palin jumped from the question to a well rehearsed answer. We know she has little experience, we know she's been intensely coached. We give her credit, she has presence. But ultimately she has no ideas or policies that America needs.
