Can it sow enough confusion to allow TrumPutin to squash the Russian investigation? NO. It's another transparent and deeply corrupt attempt by Donald working through Nunes and others to do just that and nobody but his base will buy it. They'd buy anything he tosses their way but it's not going to work for anyone else. If TrumPutin fires Rosenstein using this shabby dishonesty ruse than we're obviously in the middle of a true Constitutional crisis whatever that means today? The truth is going to get out no matter what TrumPutin tries to do to hide it. Mueller already knows how deeply entangled Donald is in his own Bullshit / lies. His involvement with Russia and the Russian mob is going to come out sooner or later.. He waited too late to toss Mueller, its not going to save him now getting rid of him at this pt.

Unfortunately there's one thing that will likely occur that will change the interest away from Mueller's investigation regardless. We're talking war, likely in NK. Trump is not above that, clearly he would sacrifice anything to maintain his income. He's despicable. It's about how time moves on, opinion, and what is important to the media. Trump is playing the clock.
