Ok, so here's my very BAD idea. Let's make it mandatory that all High school kids are armed and that way when one goes postal the rest can just gun him down.
You should get that one to the NRA, they would love you for it. It covers all their requirements - more gun sales, and placing the responsibility for deadly action into the hands of the general public and in this case into the hands of children. Consequently those children become lifetime members of the NRA and insure their survival into a world that openly hates them.
