The Market On Tuesday

  Good morning. It is 46 degrees and rainy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts rain and temperatures in the low 50s this afternoon. The long range forecast has it in the 70s in one week. Spring might have got it's foot in the door. The crocus and daffodils have made a lot of progress and the birds are singing like Springtime in the a.m.

  At 9:10 a.m. ET the DOW is -5 1 and the price of oil per barrel is slightly higher. The market is poised to open moderately lower.

  The conversation is beginning to change. Russia-Trump-gate happened and now people are saying aloud, how far up the chain did this go. Give me a freaking break. This puppy is sitting sweetly in Trump's billion dollar lap.
