It's a given.
This is disturbing as we know. Squelching dissent is another nail in the coffin of democracy. In my opinion it's one of the very worst nails too.
It's sadly just his nature to do this. Remember, it's very likely he's a psychopath and he's definitely a narcissist and both these personality types do not like dissent, but someone with both disorders simply cannot tolerate it. At first, he will use intimidation tactics when that fails he will go to more direct punishments done in public. A good example of what's coming is how he treated Mitt last mon. and the end result. My guess is that 99% of Republicans will bow down quickly and even aid in trying to get the rest of us on bended knee to our new KING/ EMPEROR / DICTATOR. Dissent will very rapidly be labeled treachery and disloyalty to the State and Donald will be for all practical purposes like Putin the State. He will, however, use all his many powers to that end. Public beatings and humiliations via Twitter are just the start.
The good thing is that I am getting old, and I don't have to start my life in this bullshit. What strikes me as that someone is going to come along probably within the next ten years and will lower the bar. People will think Trump was a gentleman.
