  Trump appears to be doing two things. He is already working on a rationale behind his possible loss in November and he is simultaneously looking to cause trouble after a possible post-election loss. He continues to rant about a rigged election, everything is rigged against him. He is trying to define himself as a type of Rocky Stallone come from behind ultimately a winner in spite of the odds. It's tragic because it also represents another deeply skewered not-presidential persona. This is not presidential behavior, this is juvenile behavior. He is preemptively wining.
