Polls are showing 80%= of Sander support is rallying to her and I expect more are going to reluctantly come over if the Presidential race stays tight. Her problem will be the Indies in the swing States.
There's no other choice really. Vote for Stein in an all blue state like California or NY but in a toss up state - Clinton.
