On The Ground
When a policeman tells you to get on the ground, what exactly, precisely, does that mean? Are we then supposed to sit on the ground hands up in the air, or lay on the ground face up hands in the air, or lay face down hands over our heads, or kneel down hands outstretched? I mean technically speaking are we not already on the ground? If I was in the air, that would really be something.

I take it to mean face down spread eagle.
That's what I'll do then.
