For my money this is why Trump will not defend Obama from the ranting Muslim hating people in Trump's audience. Trump is a bitter fellow and he can hold a grudge similar to the way Rudy Giuliani holds a grudge against Biden. Watch the clip to the end, Obama makes Trump out to be a complete and utter fool here to the roaring delight of the crowd all while Trump sits there and has to silently take it.
