I live in a leaky old house built when energy was cheap. I hear that one problem with these super insulated houses is they tend to rot and have mold problems if u build them in areas with high humidity.
I live in a leaky old house too. I've been slowly trying to go through it and insulate part by part. It's slow work for me, remodeling. Mold and rot could be a real problem and I can see why that could happen.
