The Market On Friday

Good morning. It is 43 degrees and mostly sunny here in Upstate NY. I must say this last week has been spectacular weather-wise, each day has been pretty much my idea of ideal. I'm looking forward to the weekend as my ensemble will be performing. I'll be out there working on a new guitar and that's always a fun thing to do.

At 8:30 a.m ET futures are moderately lower and the price of oil per barrel is down. The market is poised to open lower.

Investors are basically fretting about the turmoil in DC as the GOP led Congress does what it knows best. That would be acting like a bunch a winy bratty babies. If you watched Maddow yesterday you would quickly learn that a GOP led Congress works on shutting down the government as a winy baby tactic starting with the biggest winy baby of them all, Newtster. So the government shuts down and millions of dollars of salaries are kept out of the struggling economy. Oh yes, that's really going to help.
